Terms

Last updated October 7, 2026.

Draft: not yet in effect. It will be reviewed, and will name who runs Property Socials, before Property Socials opens beyond invited testers.

The service

Who runs Property Socials will be named here before this takes effect. Property Socials writes social media posts for real estate agents from the listing facts and business details you enter, checks each post against them, and lets you review, edit and approve every post before you use it. While Property Socials is in beta, accounts are by invitation, and features may change or be unavailable at times.

Your account

Use accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account; tell us at support@propertysocials.com if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the posts written for you. You let us store and process it, and share it with the services named in our privacy policy, only to run Property Socials for you.

You approve every post

The checks catch many mistakes, but they don't replace your judgement. Before you post anything, make sure it's accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it follows the law — including fair housing law — your MLS's rules and your brokerage's policies. You're responsible for what you publish.

Using Property Socials fairly

Don't use Property Socials to publish anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory, don't try to get around its checks or into anyone else's account, and don't overload or disrupt it.

Fees

There's no charge for Property Socials today. Before that changes, we'll tell you, and you can close your account before any fee applies.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@propertysocials.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

No guarantees

Property Socials is provided as it is, while it's being built. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what you choose to publish.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version appears here with its date, and we'll email you before a change that affects you takes effect.
