How it works

Step 1
Add a listing
Enter its facts once: the price, the rooms, the features and what's nearby.
Step 2
Get posts written from them
An Instagram post and a Facebook post, in your voice, naming your brokerage.
Step 3
Review and approve
Edit, rewrite or approve each one. Nothing goes anywhere until you say so.

Facts come from your listing
Every number, feature and nearby place in a post has to match what you entered, or the post is written again.
Fair Housing wording, screened
A fixed list of terms screens every post, and an AI second opinion can add warnings for you to look at.
Your brokerage on every post
Along with any disclaimers you add in Settings.
Posts keep up with the listing
Change a detail and posts waiting for you are marked out of date; mark it pending or sold and they're held back.
